Functional strength and conditioning classes in beautiful South Devon locations

Fitness is about how you move, think, feel and breathe; each of which provide a focus for our outdoor fitness classes. Set in a variety of beautiful South Devon locations, Roam Wild classes are a fun and effective way to get a whole body workout and will leave you feeling energised and exhilarated. We are firm believers in the transformative power of cold water both on the body and mind, and wherever possible we will finish our session with a cold water dip. Participants must be 18+. All levels of experience and fitness are warmly welcomed.

What to expect

Roam Wild classes are designed to improve your strength, cardiovascular health, agility and flexibility using a combination of free weight and bodyweight exercises. The programme will vary each week to ensure that your mind and body are constantly challenged. Expect to work hard, have fun and leave on a high.

Classes are always held outdoors, please ensure that you dress for the weather and bring a drink. Pack your swimmers if you fancy a post-workout dip!

    New, small group session for those who feel they may be in the throes of perimenopause and are wanting to adapt their exercise accordingly.

    Wednesdays 11:00am - 12:00pm

  • Newbridge, Dartmoor

    Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30pm

    Functional fitness sessions on Dartmoor, followed by a river dip and a date ball!
